Dr. Fabian Consbruck

Dr. Fabian Consbruck is a clinical psychologist with over 18 years of experience in psychotherapy and diagnostic evaluation across complex clinical and interdisciplinary settings. His work emphasizes precision and evidence-based decision-making particularly in cases requiring high diagnostic confidence.

Dr. Consbruck completed his graduate training at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, followed by a clinical internship at Doctors Neurobehavioral Hospital in Indiana and residency at Salud Family Health Centers in Colorado. His doctoral dissertation, Current Trends and Predictors of Testing Practices in Professional Psychology, examined the variability of psychological assessments. He regularly gets invited to speak at conferences and events on topics of dementia, burnout, and suicide.

His previous role as a Director of Psychology at Florida’s Thrive Behavioral Sciences served over 30 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. He now conducts comprehensive evaluations spanning psychiatric and neurological conditions, including dementia, ADHD, PTSD, traumatic brain injury, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Dr. Consbruck’s professional philosophy is guided by his time in the U.S. Air Force where he performed as a mental health technician. He believes in the core principles of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do, which continue to inform his clinical judgment and leadership approach.

DR. Fabian Consbruck

His background includes work in behavioral health, psychological assessment, and military mental health, allowing him to support veterans and active duty service members with both professionalism and empathy.
