Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We work with a wide range of insurance providers such as; Florida Blue, United Healthcare, Tricare, Medicaid, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Medicare & more. If you’re not sure whether you’re covered, just give us a call or visit our Services page. We’ll walk you through everything.
What mental health conditions do you treat?
Our providers treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders, and more. Whether you’ve been diagnosed before or are just starting to seek help, we’ll meet you where you are.
Can I do my appointments virtually?
Absolutely. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments so you can receive care from the comfort of your home—anywhere in Florida.

A decorated Air Force Captain and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Jorden brings a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, discipline, and empathy. He specializes in comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and helping patients rediscover their purpose.

With over 20 years of experience, Elena delivers thoughtful, evidence-based care to clients across the lifespan. Her approach is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a strong belief in open, trusting relationships.
